Anchor House at UC Berkeley

Anchor House at UC Berkeley is a 14 story Type 1 new construction high-rise located in Berkeley, CA., at University Avenue, on University of California, Berkeley, campus’ western edge. This new student dormitory building will include 244 units (with a total of 800 beds), and dedicates a significant amount of space within to state of the art indoor and outdoor amenities slated for various student uses, University events, as well as publicly accessible spaces. This building aims to elevate the dorm experience to the next level, and intends to create a warm, creative, interactive, inviting living space through its student centered design aesthetic.
