Sony Adjacent Residence

This project will provide 139 units (14 BMR) for the Culver City area including the Sony Production Studios across the street. The building will be eight stories including one level of subterranean parking. The unique U shaped podium wraps around a courtyard.  Amenities including BBQ, pool, fitness center, library, multipurpose rooms and two shared terraces overlooking the courtyard.
