Shoreline Gateway

Shoreline Gateway is a 315 unit luxury apartment building and upon completion will be the tallest residential building in Long Beach. Located at the prominent intersection of Shoreline Dr and Ocean Ave, the 35-story Type I structure also includes five levels of subterranean parking with 454 stalls and ground level retail space. The building includes two amenity decks, one on the third level podium, and one on level 34/35. Amenities include a pool/spa, multipurpose room, fitness center, juice bar, bombshell studio, and conference rooms among others.
