The 97,000 SF project includes the demolition of an existing 20,125 SF grocery market, with the preservation and relocation of a mosaic mural. The new light gauge framed building includes commercial space with a public market, underground storage and parking, four-stories, 37 condominium units and a green roof garden. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
