18 story high-rise located in the Central Market District in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Due to the column design of the building, and the abut buildings of the surrounding landscape, the team determined that flyers would be inefficient and instead handset forms. The tower crane was coordinated and provided by the Pacific Structures team. Pacific Structures’ scope also included Architectural Concrete at elevator lobbies on all floors. The apartment complex provides 273 residential units, ground floor retail, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and outdoor movie screen. LEED Gold
