2558 Mission Street – VIDA

This eight-story building provides 114 condominiums to the up and coming colorful Mission District of San Francisco. The team excavated one level down to make way for car stackers and bike parking. Ground level retail and roof decks at levels two and seven, round out the project. The scope also includes rehabilitation and reuse of the New Mission Theatre next to the site. The theatre was converted from a one-screen to a five-screen theatre, complete with 900 seats and a bar.
