This nine-story project was a complete renovation and seismic upgrade to 67,540 SF of a 100-year-old historic building in the mid-market district of downtown San Francisco. The roof top terrace with fire pits, BBQ area, and dog walk/run area provide an outdoor escape for residents. A 1,279 SF gym is in the basement along with bike storage and maintenance space

Pacific Structures installed new curbing for the storefront, infill for two decks and basement, shotcrete walls, sheer walls, and steel stairs with concrete pans.

To date, construction has consistently been designated as essential throughout the various county and state orders. This means that it is anticipated we will continue to provide our services to build the infrastructures in a way that provides for the greatest level of health and safety for our employees and the community. This includes continuing to follow the guidelines of the CDC and OSHA as well as state and local governments. We also understand the challenges this crisis brings to our employees, and therefore, the importance of maintaining our operations in order to help sustain the livelihoods of our employees.
