Grosvenor – 1645 Pacific

80,267 sf of elevated deck 6 story concrete building 1 level subterranean parking

The team will preserve the existing facade at the entrance to this 6 story building. Handset panelized forms will be used throughout the project. Due to the tight space of the site, there is no available lay down space. The team has worked extensively with the city to draw street permits and lessen traffic disruption during pours. Rebar and steel reductions during value engineering provided large savings to the client.

Our practices include key elements such as:

  • Social distancing protocols

To date, construction has consistently been designated as essential throughout the various county and state orders. This means that it is anticipated we will continue to provide our services to build the infrastructures in a way that provides for the greatest level of health and safety for our employees and the community. This includes continuing to follow the guidelines of the CDC and OSHA as well as state and local governments.
