Formed in 2008, Pacific Structures, is one of the leading concrete contractors in California. The principals, management, and field operations staff possess hands-on, know-how, gained through more than three decades of designing and building some of California’s most complex concrete structures. This expertise means that the company leaders have what it takes to engage our clients’ team and to push to optimize the structure for cost, quality, and schedule.

Pacific Structures also has an in-house Infrastructure Group which focuses on competitive pricing and specialty design of shoring and formwork for heavy civil and infrastructure work including waste-water treatment plants, water holding facilities, transportation centers, bridges, hydro and electric power distribution plants, and dams.

Dave Williams

A veteran structures expert with a distinguished 25-year career and a passion for quality and design innovation, Dave provides leadership as President. He optimizes design to save clients money with an efficient, high-performing structure, so they can spend money where it generates a return. With some of the Bay Area’s most prominent and complex buildings to his credit, Dave brings the benefit of strong working relationships with top design professionals and an incomparable database of historic cost information.

Teddy Mino

As Director of Operations, Teddy leads Pacific's Southern California office. With over ten years of experience estimating and managing concrete structures ranging from $1 million - $100 million, Teddy provides a diverse breadth of knowledge and expertise. His solid understanding of owner and client relationships, contracts, procurement, value engineering and subcontractor management is an asset to the Southern California team.

Kris Fahrion

As Vice President, Kris manages business operations for Pacific Structures. He is a third generation builder, with 14 years of experience in the construction industry and 12 years in the concrete business. He has extensive experience in Advanced Technology, Corporate Office, Healthcare (OSHPD), Higher Education and Life Science industries with a particular focus on Management Operations and Business Development. Kris is customer satisfaction-driven with emphasis on delivering safe projects on-time and on-budget while exceeding client expectations.

Bob Figone

With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Bob’s experience includes building many of the most prominent projects in the Bay Area. He serves as General Superintendent for Pacific Structures in Northern California and is responsible for oversight of the work on all projects and allocating manpower to all jobs.

Paul Treacy

Paul is an industry-renowned concrete construction expert offering a rich history of career experience, steering some of the most sophisticated and complex high-rise projects in the nation. He serves as General Superintendent for Pacific Structures in Southern California and is a creative problem-solver recognized for delivering every project ahead of schedule and under budget, while ensuring margins surpass projections and creating a proactive safety culture.

Mike MacBean

As Director of Preconstruction, Mike MacBean oversees planning for all of Pacific's projects. He is an accomplished Project Manager with specialized expertise in structural concrete construction and a wide range of project types, including high-rise, mixed-use, residential, civic, and corporate campus projects. With a strong focus on planning and site logistics, Mike is accomplished at all phases from preconstruction through project completion.

Victor Monterroso

As a Sr. Safety Manager, Victor oversees Pacific's safety professionals. He brings detailed understanding of both OSHA regulations and our often more stringent company policies. He is responsible for establishing new company policies and all incident investigations within the company. The strong relationships Victor has earned in the safety community and with the workers on our sites, makes him an outstanding safety leader.

Jarrod Haering

As Operations Director, Jarrod Haering oversees Pacific's field operations in Northern California. He has amassed considerable experience working on large and complex projects throughout the Bay Area. His extensive experience, analytical skills and can-do attitude have earned him a reputation, among clients and project teams alike, as a problem solver. As the Director of Operations, Jarrod manages the day-to-day business operations and helps the executive team set strategic growth goals.
