The Argyle is a 17-story, 114,000 SF high-rise which neighbors the landmark Capitol Records building. LARGE Architecture’s unique alternating floorplate design provides 114 residential units including appealing amenities, such as retail space, an outdoor dining area near the pool, spa and five levels of onsite parking. The project skin is comprised mainly of glass curtain wall with continuous balconies.
