First Light

First Light is a new 48-story mixed-use tower in downtown Seattle. The project includes below-grade parking and a retail and office podium base (Levels 1-7) with the residential suites forming the pillar and the penthouse. The resident’s amenity floors located on levels 46 and 47 will include a cantilevered swimming pool and secret rooftop garden.
