This project consists of 79,446 SF of Type IA warm shell office (Level 2) and commercial space (Level 1), 64 multifamily rental units (podium construction), and 4 levels Type IA below-grade concrete garage structure. Future work includes tenant improvements in the Level 3 & Level 4 office spaces, which is to be Prometheus Real Estate Group’s new flagship office space.
