150 Van Ness is a 13-story residential building with one level of subterranean parking. This space is comprised of reclaimed stone flooring from the California State Automobile Association headquarters, which was demolished to make way for the complex. The building has a mat slab foundation with a shotcrete basement along with shotcrete exterior and interior walls. This building spans an entire San Francisco city block and work was completed with only two tower cranes.
